Five cheese facts that will amaze you!

First up - you need to set aside 10 minutes on Saturday for Smoult's Larder Cheese Tasting.
This week you'll get to taste the Tarago River Shadows of Blue. It's a double cream blue cheese, wrapped in natural bees wax and aged for 2 – 3 months.

Don't be scared by the spectre of 'Blue'. This cheese is ideal for you, even if you don’t eat a lot of blue cheese, it’s paste is perfect for spreading, and it’s flavour profile is mild and very approachable.
